3. Candidate Screening and Selection: Recruiter KE Ltd employs rigorous screening and selection processes to ensure that only qualified candidates are presented to our clients. While we strive to provide the best match for each position, the final hiring decision rests with the client.

5.   Fees and Payments: Our fees for recruitment and HR services are outlined in the agreement between Recruiter KE Ltd and the client. Payment terms will also be specified in the agreement, and invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6.   Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Recruiter KE Ltd operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing recruitment and HR practices in Kenya and internationally. We expect our clients to also adhere to these laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

7.   Limitation of Liability: While Recruiter KE Ltd endeavors to provide accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee the suitability or performance of any candidate placed through our services. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the actions or omissions of candidates or clients.

8.   Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations shall be settled promptly.

9.   Amendments: Recruiter KE Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
